We don’t charge anything to set up a customized site or annual fees. MySpareSeat’s mission is to reduce 1,000,000 tons of carbon emissions and to do this we need your help.

What privacy do our employees have?

Member's sensitive data (password and email address) are encrypted, and never displayed on public areas. MySpareSeat.com site security has never been compromised using standard SSL encryption for all communications between browser and server.

What control and access do I have as a corporate administrator?

Members

• View their member's details (link to profile, email address, user name, total distance per annum, potential carpool matches, confirmed carpool matches, last login)
• Disable their member's account.
• Search for one of their members (by email or display name, and destination location).
• Download a mailing list (email)

Logins

• Create a new carpooling administrative login

Locations

• Add new carpooling destination
• Edit existing carpooling destination
• Delete carpooling destination

Notify

• Send an email to multiple members about how to join the organization's carpooling scheme, including signup link for myspareseat.com.

Profile

• Upload a company logo for use on the sign up page.
• Change corporate account details (contact person, phone, address ... )

Reports

• View or print (potential/confirmed) C02 carpooling abatement for their organization.

If any, what terms of agreement would be put in place?

Just so everyone is happy we provide a detailed agreement for your company and MySpareSeat to feel comfortable. This agreement stipulates all liabilities, obligations and expectations on either side.
